“The Egyptian Revolution; a Revolution Gone Astray”

Global Exchange, Ventura County Supporters, are pleased to present a talk by Mohy Abdelgany, CEO and Director of Newport Media, Inc. in Orange County. This presentation will review the timeline and major events that have taken place during the past two years in Egypt. Mr. Abdelgany plans to introduce some of the key players and analyze the current dynamics in this critical area. Finally our speaker plans an overview of United States policy and interests in Egypt and the region.

A native of Egypt, Mr. Abdelgany earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering there. After moving to the United States, he earned his Master of Science degree and proceeded to a long and distinguished career in business, engineering and marketing. With twenty two years of experience in the wireless semiconductor industry, he holds several U.S. patents in the field. Mr. Abdelgany is a frequent speaker in Orange County and we are pleased to welcome him to Ventura County for this event. A question and answer period will follow this presentation.
